is a Bay Area hardcore punk band that formed in late July 2004 and are not
wasting any time. They
released their debut CD entitled "Get Your Red Wings" later
that year, played an astonishing number of local shows (many with legendary
punk bands), toured with MDC for two weeks in April 2005 and completed
their first full us tour in July of 2005. Spearheading the band are founding
members Cinder Block and Cyco Logic Loco. Retching Red released their 2nd
CD entitled "Scarlet Whore of War" on Rodent Popsicle Records and
finished
supporting the new release with a month long European and USA tour in Spring
and Summer
2006! We had a blast!
Female vocalist
CINDER BLOCK is formerly
of the world renowned punk band TILT,
but cut her teeth on old
school punk rock and has performed in bands since 1983.
Cinder holds no prisoners in Retching Red and she's pissed! She's also
co-founder of
Cinder Block Inc.
Bassist
CYCO LOCO also sings in the long
lasting notorious
OPPRESSED LOGIC.
He has been in LAST ROUND UP, STRUNG UP and a fuck load of other bands
for 20 years now since 1986.
JAKE DUDLEY is the
ripping young guitarist who also shreds in bands like
SECOND OPINION, ECOLI, & others.
and is in OPPRESSED LOGIC.
